Preparing for a Future without You

For Parents/Caregivers with adult children with disabilities

Together, we will each work on our own plan which may include:

• Letter of Intent (what to know after you are gone)

• Emergency plans (disasters, illness, temporary issues)

• End of Life wishes (for you and your adult child)

This is not to learn how to get guardianship, SSI, etc but how to plan for a future that you are not part of.
