We would like to invite current and former ACL Members to ACL’s Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2025!
We’ll be gathering in person at ACL’s office in Longmont, with a hybrid option via Zoom for those joining online.
We will start the evening with a social hour — complete with appetizers, drinks, and lighthearted ways to meet and reconnect with fellow members before the meeting begins.
Following the social hour, we’ll move into our Annual Membership Meeting, featuring:
A Welcome from our Board President
An address from Ailsa Wonnacott, Executive Director, reflecting on ACL’s year of advocacy and community impact
Results of online voting on our proposed Bylaw updates
Nominations from the floor for ACL’s Board of Directors, followed by in-person voting for nominees
Current members, please take a moment to review our updated Bylaws and vote using the electronic ballot link below. This year’s updates focus on improving clarity, readability, and plain language, and we’re proud to share a Spanish-language version as well.
